 Infused with the vibrant spirit of the Mexican Caribbean, the Yucatán series captures the profound sense of freedom, relaxation, and serenity experienced during the artist’s years of travel to one of her favorite places: Isla Mujeres . Through a symphony of soft blues, aquas, and sun-kissed yellows, Carolina Garcia evokes the gentle rhythm of palm trees swaying in the breeze, the endless shimmer of turquoise waters, and the iconic silhouettes of catamarans gliding across the horizon at sunset.

Each painting translate the lush coastal landscape into floating organic forms and layered textures, offering glimpses of sandy beaches, calm and turquoise waters, and fleeting clouds. The compositions invite viewers into an atmosphere of weightlessness and contemplation, where memories of tropical light and ocean breezes are distilled into color, form, and movement.
